What's the actual job?
Face-to-face direct sales, out in the field. It's the fastest way to get genuinely good at selling, and it's why our people ramp so quickly. If you'd rather be behind a desk, this isn't the fit.
Do I need sales experience?
No. Most of our leaders had none when they started. We hire for hunger and coachability, then train the rest. Daily.
How does pay work?
Straight commission, paid out every week. You earn on what you close, uncapped. You're not doing it alone: training, mentorship, and territory are provided from day one, so the ramp is fast for people who put in the work.
What are the hours?
Field hours run when customers are actually available, mostly afternoons and evenings. It's a full commitment, not a side hustle, and the schedule rewards the people who lean into it.
